  A little maintenance would really improve my rating. Hot and cold breakfast was really welcomed - especially for the price we paid. Service was excellent, as was location to city center and the interstate. Our room was musty smelling and appeared to have had previous water damage from the second floor. We would likely stay again (maybe in a different room).
